Designing for healthcare presented a unique challenge for me. One of the hardest parts was finding the balance between creating a space that felt welcoming and approachable, while still maintaining the professional, trustworthy appearance that patients expect. Through experimentation, I found that combining softer, calming colors with bolder, clear typography created the right balance. This approach informed the development of the brand concept for a universal electronic medical record system, ensuring it felt accessible and human-centered while clearly communicating that all patient records are organized, secure, and easily available in one place.
