The Garden Guide
Interactive Experience
The GardenGuide invites guests visiting the Montreal Botanical Garden to have a hands-on experience learning about plant health. Guests can control elements that are vital to a plant's health like sunlight, humidity, air quality, temperature, soil pH, and water.
They will leave with new knowledge on the factors that go into plant health and the impact environments have on a plant's life.
The Process
Extensive research was conducted to ensure the experience was both appropriate for the location and factually accurate. The goal was never to distract from the natural beauty of the greenhouses, but rather to enhance it. The Interactive kiosk encourages visitors to engage more deeply and thoughtfully with the plants and environments around them.
